What is the best Fat burning Supplement?
What would you say is the best fat burner supplement out there. i have been working out religiously for about 3 months now, and i am just not seing results at all. I do about 1hr and half of cardio, then about 45 mins of strength training. i don't exceed over 1600 calories a day. i know i am doing everything right and i have only lost about 3 pds since i started. i even change my work out routine every week. SOoooo i am starting to think that i need a supplement that will help me burn the fat better. any suggestions ?
Lipo-6 is INCREDIBLY effective. I took it for 6 weeks. Nothing has shown better results. Dont take if for any longer. Also, if your into anabolics...try Anavar?
